To confirm the booking it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to 20% of the entire amount by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. The balance is due in cash upon arrival upon delivery of the keys.
A security deposit of 100 Euros is required upon arrival (damaged or very dirty accommodation, excessive consumption, etc.).
The house is not available for hen parties or similar.
No breakfast or meal service is provided.
The use of cooking plates and stoves is prohibited.

Whole house with double bedrooms in the center of Vieste
Our two informal rooms are located inside a private house, on the ground floor of a condominium building located in the center of Vieste. Each room is ideal for 2 adults or a family with a small child (up to 3 years old) who can sleep in the parents' bed. If there is a larger family or a group of friends it is possible to rent both rooms available. The entire house can contain a maximum of 4 people.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, television, water kettle. Furthermore, the house has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, it does not have a kitchen. The rooms have security keys, there are security bars on the windows. The cleaning set and bathroom detergents are available. Upon arrival we provide bed linen and towels (changes of linen are not included)
We are available for the entire duration of your stay. The partner structure is "Hotel Residence Villa Ascoli" where check-in can also be carried out, please communicate the check-in time in advance.
For those arriving by public transport – check-in will be carried out directly at the house unless advance notice is given.
The residential neighborhood offers shops, bars, restaurants and services of all kinds, coin-operated laundry 50 meters away
There is no need to travel by car, the sea can be reached on foot, the urban line stop is less than 300 meters away with the possibility of reaching beaches far from the center (Vieste has 30 km of coastline)
